Days of scientific cinema (DSC) is an open educational project in the Festival of Contemporary Scientific Cinema FANK. In partnership with FANK NSU presents the most interesting full-length documentaries about science from around the world, that were made in the last five years. Each meeting of the NSU DSC begins with a scientific film. A discussion after the screening is an important element of the event. The moderator starts and coordinates the discussion. Invited experts help assess the film from a professional point of view and answer questions from the audience. All visitors could and should ask questions, express their opinions and actively participate in the discussion.
The last day of the Festival culminates with a large-scale excursion "Night at NSU." Visitors can get into various University laboratories, hear first hand about experiments in which our scientists are involved. The festival program is designed for a wide audience, Novosibirsk residents are invited to participate as well as pupils, school students, children and their parents, NSU students and staff.

Event Program: On each festival day one can participate in a film screening and a discussion after it. On the final day of the festival we invite you on an exclusive tour "Night at NSU."
