NSU conducts many career related events for students, but the most important and well known are the Job Fair and Career Week. The Job Fair takes place the beginning of November, Career Week, the end of March. They are similar in their objectives but Career Week is more global and expansive.
Career Week is a traditional, annual spring event for students and NSU graduates who are looking for interesting, prestigious work.
Career Week brings to the University representatives from the leading companies in the fields of consulting, finance, insurance, FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods), IT and telecommunications, marketing and PR. Participating companies include Mars, Coca-Cola, P&G, Schlumberger, 2GIS, Ernst & Young, Financial Technology Center, Arello-Mobile, Noveo, EastBanc Technologies, Movavi, English First, WorldQuant, Intel, Improve Group, Sibers and many others.
The key Career Week event (as in the Job Fair) is when the companies make their stand presentations. Russian and foreign companies with worldwide reputations organize their stands, conduct presentations, offer internships, answer questions and personally communicate with every interested student.
Throughout the week students can participate in an excursion of master-classes, presentations, testing and business games conducted by consulting, auditing, DIY and IT companies. Students can introduce themselves to company representatives and assess how much their training and skills meet the requirements for different employers.
Career Week is a unique chance for every student to find the job of their dreams.
