New materials for the electronics industry including:
• composites for supercapacitors;
• resistive pastes for manufacturing chip resistors using SMD technology;
• metallizing pastes used in the manufacture of night vision devices.
Student Skill Attainment
Thanks to the partnership between the Laboratory and the Novosibirsk radio component factory "Oxid", students will develop technologies for immediate implementation in modern microelectronics industrial production.
