It is compulsory for all foreign citizens to have a valid health insurance policy covering the whole period of stay. If you have purchased a health insurance policy in your country please present it to International Student Support Center. If you don’t have a valid health insurance policy in the Russian Federation, the University can provide assistance in finding an insurance company.
Approximate cost for student health insurance is 3500 rub. for one year.  

For emergency medical services, call 103, 03, or 112. If you are in the dormitories, ask the receptionist on the 1st floor to help you to call in Russian. First aid and emergency medical care in Russia are available free of charge. To make an appointment at the hospital, ask for help at the International Student Support Centre.
