In this field we study the problem of the effectiveness of social relations regulation by civil law and the effectiveness of Justice in civil matters, which implies the development of the following research topics:
- The problem of the improvement of social relations regulation by civil law in a market economy;
- The problem of the Efficiency of Justice in civil matters.
