In this area we study the problem of combining public and private interests in civil law in connection with the active penetration of public-law principles in the private sphere.
Research aims at determining the legal ways and means to achieve a balance between public and private interests under civil-law regulation, which implies the formation of the following
main research topics:
- Public law and private law principles in the regulation of property relations;
- Public law and private law principles in the regulation of personal non-property relations;
- Public law and private law principles in the regulation of corporate relations;
- Achieving a balance between public and private interests in the system of civil law measures for state coercion;
- Combination of public and private interests in legislation and in law enforcement practice.
