The Laboratory "LabFDNS" was created at Analytical and Technological Research Center to carry out research work in the field of materials science, physics of semiconductors and radio photonics and is focused on the study of systems for storing, processing, transmitting, receiving and encoding information with various characteristics corresponding to the needs of the modern Big Data.
The purpose of our laboratory:
Carrying out research in development and improvement of frequency selection and signal generation devices for telecommunication systems, communication systems and microelectronic systems for processing large amounts of data, as well as the development of systems for long-term data storage and fast data processing based on the principles of "universal memory" based on new materials.
