MCA and Nazarbaev University will host "World Logic Day Workshop 2023" online-conference on January 16

January 14 is the World Logic Day. The date was chosen by UNESCO as a tribute to the memory of two great mathematicians of the 20th century: Kurt Gödel (died on January 14, 1978) and Alfred Tarski (was born on January 14, 1901).

As part of the celebration of the Logic Day, on January 16, an online conference "World Logic Day Workshop 2023" will be held, organized by the staff of the Mathematical Center in Akademgorodok and Nazarbayev University (Astana, Kazakhstan). Corresponding Member of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan Beibut S. Kulpeshov (Kazakhstan-British Technical University, Kazakhstan), Professor Luca San Mauro (La Sapienza University of Rome, Italy) and Professor Frank Stephan (National University of Singapore) will give talks.
