Next seminar "Actual problems of applied mathematics" will be held on April 8

The next seminar "Actual problems of applied mathematics" will be held on April 8 at 5:30 pm (UTC+7).
Seminar heads: RAS academician I. A. Taimanov, RAS corresponding member S. I. Kabanikhin, RAS corresponding member A. E. Mironov, Doctor of Physics and Mathematics M. A. Shishlenin.

S. I. Bezrodnykh (Federal Research Center "Computer Science and Control" RAS) will present his talk "Hypergeometric Lauricella function and its application".

The problem of analytic continuation of the Lauricella function, a generalized hypergeometric function of N variables, is considered. For an arbitrary N, a complete set of formulas for the analytic continuation of this function beyond the boundary of the unit polydisk is indicated, where it was originally defined as an N-fold hypergeometric series. Such formulas represent the Lauricella function in appropriate subdomains of an N-dimensional complex space in the form of other generalized hypergeometric series that are solutions of the same system of partial differential equations that the Lauricella function also satisfies. The paper also discusses the application of the obtained results to the problem of the parameters of the Christoffel – Schwarz integral.

In order to participate in the seminar, a few minutes prior to the beginning of the seminar you should connect to the Zoom conference via the following link https://us02web.zoom.us/j/89776462466?pwd=WFBrZFJDTDdzNUtUN1VEeFhHREpmQT09 or manually using the Zoom conference ID 897 7646 2466 and password 549526. If you have problems logging into Zoom, you can connect to the YouTube livestream of the seminar https://youtube.com/channel/UCEfDHH6-AcdAYEaizUzrelw

Please pay attention to the following rules of attending an online lecture:
