SIBECRYPT is one of the leading conferences on cryptography and computer security in Russia, annually held in different cities of Siberia. Its goal is to discuss fundamental mathematical problems of cryptography and information protection in computer systems and networks, exchange scientific results on the development of theoretical foundations and the creation of software and hardware for computer security.
The conference is organized by NSU and Mathematical Center in Akademgorodok, Tomsk State University, the Institute of Cryptography, Communications and Informatics of the FSB Academy, the Russian Academy of Cryptography and the Moscow State University.
In 2021, the conference will be held at the Novosibirsk State University and the Sobolev Institute of Mathematics SB RAS from 6 to 11 September. Specialists from all over the world can take part in the conference. Acceptable formats of participation: lecture, plenary and sectional presentation. The working languages of the conference are Russian and English. The conference website is
sibecrypt.ru. It is possible to submit abstracts and an application for participation in the conference until April 30, 2021.

The international conference SIBECRYPT-2021 is definitely an important event for Novosibirsk. To carry it out at a decent level is a responsible task for our entire team. Five years ago, in 2016, we already hosted this conference at the Sobolev Institute of Mathematics SB RAS. We hope we will manage to host it this year as well.
It should be noted that in 2021, three events in the field of cryptography, organized by the team of the Cryptographic Center, are expected to be held:
- Summer School-Conference "Cryptography and Information Security" for students and schoolchildren (July 5–19, 2021, crypto.nsu.ru)
- International Conference SIBECRYPT "Computer Security and Cryptography" (September 6–11, 2021, sibecrypt.ru)
- International Olympiad in Cryptography Non-Stop University CRYPTO (October 17–25, 2021, nsucrypto.nsu.ru)
