Before coming to Russia you need to communicate your scheduled date of arrival to International Student Support Center (isscnsu@gmail.com, +7 383 363 43 56). We would like you to take notice that according to the recommendations MP 3.1/2.1.0205-20, validated by the Chief State Sanitary Doctor of the Russian Federation of 29.07.20, to access the university buildings foreign students are required to spend 14 days under observation and do the coronavirus test on the 10-12th day of your stay.
