The committee of experts recognized the NSU Siberian Summer School website for foreign students as the best in their category. The criteria included design, functionality, interactivity and web page content. It is noteworthy that this year NSU was the only Russian university to receive a QS-APPLE СREATIVE AWARD.
The organizers arranged a very beautiful opening ceremony for the conference, which included the presentation of the Creative Awards. Going on stage as a representative of the winning university was exciting. NSU was selected from among many good entries and was the only representative of Russia to be a prize winner. This is not only good news, but also important recognition for the work of people who have invested a lot of energy and soul into the development of the concept, organization and promotion of the NSU International Summer Schools. Yesterday I made a report on the tools for attracting foreign students to NSU, wh ere I talked about summer schools as an important part of this effort. Winning the contest is an important contribution to the promotion of NSU's educational products. Already today I talked with representatives of three universities (from Korea, Malaysia, Kazakhstan), interested in our schools after the presentation and winning the contest.
