10-11 May, 2014, the Novosibirsk Expo Centre International Exhibition Complex hosted the Festival of Technical Creativity Engeneration-2014 organized by the specialists of the League of Robots Association. The festival included the regional selective stage of WRO-2014.
The Higher College of Informatics was represented by the students in their 2nd year and weekend school trainees on Informatics and Programming (students of Akademgorodok schools in their 4-6 grades).
Our students became winners in 4 different creative categories:
1) “Robots and Space” – 2nd place – the team “Marsohod Opportunity” including Konstantin Grachev and Maxim Dmitriev (trainer Natalia Golkova)
2) “Robots’ Football” – 3rd place – the college team “Lampovyje Nyashi” with Egor Kurbatov and Vladimir Vestov (trainer Denis Kochetkov)
3) Free category “Kegelring” (Quadro), junior group – 2nd place - weekend school trainees Nikita Sidelnikov and Tim Deev (trainer Natalia Vorobjeva)
4) Projects “LegoWeDo” – 1st place – Ivan Grachev, Alexander Golkov, Alexey Koroteev (trainer Natalia Golkova)
