The Technical Support Center provides services for IT and office equipment, telephone and internet connection, as well as corporate e-mail.

To get IT-specialist help you need to fill out an application form:

Any university staff member or employee can obtain a business email address in nsu.ru. domain.
Your email address must be in the following format:
  • the first letter of your first name + dot+last name, for example: i.ivanov@ (Ivan Ivanov)
  •  your position and the department you work at.

Wi-Fi

NSU students, staff, and guests can have free wireless Internet access (Wi-Fi). In September 2019, NSU joined Eduroam, an international service for secure wireless Internet access. Eduroam allows you to connect to Wi-Fi at NSU using a University account, as well as get free access to the Internet from your laptop or mobile device via Wi-Fi at any university participating in the project.

While on the NSU campus, any user can connect to the Wi-Fi Guest network by logging in using their mobile phone.
