From April 28 to 30, the Second All-Russian Forum «Russia - A Place for Dialogue Among People» will be held at Novosibirsk State University during the «Interweek» Festival. This year's events are dedicated to the XIX World Festival of Youth and Students. Students, postgraduates and young scientists from all over Russia will take part in the business aspect of the event, a scientific-practical conference.
