This educational program provides interdisciplinary specialists in geophysics and mining engineering witha broad view and the comprehensive training and skills necessary to efficiently solve applied geological problems. What is special about this program is its integrated approach combining quality training in geophysical methods, mining engineering and related geological subjects. In addition to the theory, much attention will be given to the development of practical skills, including field training and experience in analysis of real data in modern software. Also, accent will be placed on using modern methods and technologies in for geological and geophysical exploration wil be studied, such as plotting digital models, integrated interpretation of data from various sources, and geomechanical modeling.

This will give experience in effective team work while addressing real issues. Defending a graduation thesis is the final step to earning a diploma.
